5. Recurring Donation Membership Terms and Conditions

When you sign up for a recurring donation, you agree to the following terms:

5.1 Recurring Donations
By signing up for a recurring donation membership, you agree to authorize Cornerstone Nonprofit Healthcare to automatically charge your selected payment method on a monthly basis for the agreed-upon donation amount. Donations will recur each month on the same day until you cancel the membership.

5.2 Cancellation of Recurring Donations
You may cancel your recurring donation at any time by providing written notice to Cornerstone Nonprofit Healthcare or by utilizing our online cancellation process. Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 business days prior to the next scheduled donation in order to avoid charges for that month.

5.3 No Refund Policy
All donations made to Cornerstone Nonprofit Healthcare are final. Due to the nature of charitable contributions, we do not offer refunds for any donations, including those made on a recurring basis. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that your donations are non-refundable, except in cases of error or fraud as determined by the Organization.

5.4 Tax-Exempt Status
Cornerstone Nonprofit Healthcare is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Our Employer Identification Number (EIN) is 81-4710090. All donations may be tax-deductible as allowed by law. Upon making a donation, you will receive an email receipt that serves as proof of your contribution for tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor for specific tax advice regarding your donation.
