One of our biggest passions is helping people to know and understand what chronic disease they have and to educate on how they can prevent developing heart disease and other preventable chronic conditions.

To help educate people we partner with community centers, churches and community leaders to offer annual lab work, blood pressures and Influenza vaccines, along with other services, directly to smaller communities in a location they are comfortable.
